I started taking Chef Aybs' Paragis in October 2022 because I want to address my blood sugar noong mga time na yun at sabay ko sila iniinom with my maintenance meds. My FBS HBA1c at the time was 165 & 6.9, then it went down to 141 & 6.7. After 3 months it was 114 & 6.3 then last October 2023, I had my last lab exam and the result was surprising it was 98 and 6.0 which meant that my blood sugar was normalized.
